Meadowcrest is a senior living community in Middletown, DE. The project is planned to be developed in two phases. Meadowcrest at Middletown consists of approximately 132-units of independent living, assisted living, and memory care in a community of approximately 150,000 square feet. The second phase is planned for up to 60 additional independent and assisted living units.
